Generation Genius LLC was established in 2017 by sisters Courtney Gasper and Kelly Navin, both Nationally Board Certified elementary school teachers at Pulaski Heights Elementary School in Little Rock, Arkansas, to provide a fun and educational STEM camp that centered around popular and notable children’s books for students during the summer.

Courtney Gasper
Co-Founder and teacher
Courtney has been teaching elementary school children in the Little Rock School District since 2000. Courtney has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hendrix College, a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She has also been certified by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards since 2008.
Kelly Navin
Co-Founder and teacher
Kelly has been teaching elementary school children in the Little Rock School District for over twenty-one years and has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hendrix College, a bachelor’s of science in education degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Master’s degree in elementary education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Kelly has also been certified by the National Board for Professional Teaching since 2006.
